After placing an order from our website, every order will 1-4 days standard to process. Although in any case of delays you will be notified by email or in any busy schedule’s orders processing will take 10 maximum days.

We deliver the items following the courier timelines of standard business days 2-5 days within the UK and for our international deliveries will take a maximum of 7-15 days

You will be eligible to track your order using your order or tracking number which will be sent through the email you applied either when registering or shopping for an item on our website.

Due to your purchase been prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our customer service email contact@giannacollective.com as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, it should be noted that once orders are processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces

You can make a return request for one or more products within the time limit of 10 days as new as the order after receiving the goods for the following reasons: if it is too big/too small, if it is damaged, or if it does not correspond with the product ordered and if it is not present in the parcel.

The returned items must comply with the following:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Please take care when you are trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
